Advertising Sales Manager

Responsible for – 2 Sales Executives

Purpose of Role: –

Ø      To ensure personal and overall sales targets are achieved

Ø      To manage and motivate the sales team to ensure sales objectives are met and exceeded

Ø      To prepare and implement challenging sales plans and identify new business opportunities for the company

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: -

Ø      To ensure that the agreed sales targets are achieved on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

Ø      To lead manage and motivate the sales team providing strong leadership and clarity of action

Ø      To ensure the team receive appropriate training to enable a professional client facing approach and professional telephone sales

Ø      To drive new business development

Ø      To attend business functions out of office hours to secure business and for networking purposes

Ø      To ensure high quality customer service throughout the team

Ø      To provide detailed weekly reports to directors

Ø      To provide a ‘hands on’ sales management style to all team members
